Shipping and Processing

How quickly are in-stock orders processed?

In-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

When will I receive tracking information?

You’ll receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information once your shipment is on the way. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and shipping service.

How do Valkyrah pre-orders work?

Pre-orders allow you to reserve an item from an incoming production batch before it is ready to ship. The estimated shipping period is displayed on the product page. Estimated dates may change because of manufacturing or transit delays.

What happens if my order contains both in-stock and pre-order items?

Your items may ship together or separately depending on when they become available. If you need your in-stock items shipped separately, contact us at Help@valkyrah.com with your order number.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

What is Valkyrah’s return policy?

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging. Additional eligibility requirements and exclusions are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

How do I request a return?

Visit our Returns Portal and sign in using the email address associated with your order. Follow the instructions to submit your request.

Are return labels provided?

For approved United States returns, we provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label. Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

International customers are responsible for purchasing tracked return postage and covering customs-related charges unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
