My Story
Hi, I’m Hannah, the founder of Valkyrah.
For most of my life, I struggled with body image. No matter how my body changed, I rarely felt confident in it. I was used to hiding, and without realizing it, that fear shaped the way I dressed.
That began to change when I attended my first EDM festival in 2021. I was drawn to the outfits: bold, expressive, and full of personality. At first, I couldn’t imagine having the confidence to wear them myself. Eventually, I decided to try.
Walking into a festival in my first rave outfit felt like stepping into another version of myself. It didn’t erase every insecurity, but it gave me a way to practice being seen. What I wore became more than clothing - it felt like armor. Slowly, that confidence began to follow me into everyday life.
Valkyrah grew from that experience and the styles I’ve always loved: ravewear, streetwear, and a sprinkle of fantasy. My pieces don’t fit into one box, and neither should we. Whether you’re putting together a festival outfit or dressing for an everyday adventure, there’s room to explore, mix things up, and make each piece your own.
As a one-woman business, I put care into the details, from quality materials and thoughtful construction to a comfortable, secure fit. I want to create pieces you reach for again and again, styled your way.
At the heart of Valkyrah is the freedom to express yourself and feel good doing it. You don’t have to wait until you feel completely confident to wear something you love. Sometimes, wearing it is where that confidence begins.
